Hosting, your domain and any paid third-party tools are separate, and unusual custom work is quoted after we understand it.

What is billed separately
Third-party merchant accounts, paid gateway fees, courier charges, domain costs, premium plugin licences and unusual custom functionality are quoted separately when applicable.
- Hosting: the website needs a server. Our plans are listed below, and you can also use another host.
- Domain name: the yearly registration fee goes to the registrar. The domain should be in your name.
- Payment and courier fees: charges from bKash, Nagad, gateways and couriers are set by those providers.
- Paid plugins or themes: if a feature truly needs a licensed plugin, we tell you the cost before buying it.
- Large product entry: we agree a number of products to load; a very large or messy catalogue is scoped separately.

When the price can change
The price is for a standard store. It can change when you need thousands of products migrated, an ERP or accounting connection, a fully custom design system, a private API integration or features that do not exist as a normal WooCommerce setup. We explain the reason in writing before any extra cost starts.
