Facebook Ads send people to your shop; they cannot fix a weak shop. Before you spend, make sure the page they land on, the checkout and your team are ready, or the money buys visits that do not turn into orders.

1. The landing page matches the ad

If the ad shows a green kurti at a price, the click should open that kurti at that price, not the home page. Link each ad to the exact product or collection.

2. Product pages are complete

  • Clear photos, including real colour and a scale shot.
  • Price, sizes or options, and stock shown per option.
  • Delivery charges and time, payment methods, and your exchange rule.

3. The page is fast on a phone

Open it on mobile data, not only on wifi. If it takes long to load, many people leave before they see the product. Resize heavy images.

4. Checkout works, and you have tested it

Place a real test order on a phone: choose a size, pay by each method you offer and check that the order and confirmation arrive. Fix anything confusing before ads send traffic.

5. Tracking is in place

If you send people to a website, install the Meta Pixel so purchases can be counted. If you sell through Messenger, decide how you will count orders that came from ads, for example by asking “where did you see this?”

6. Stock and dispatch can handle the spike

Ads can bring a burst of orders. Make sure popular sizes are in stock and you can pack and dispatch within the time you promise.

7. Someone answers quickly

Enquiries lose value fast. Decide who replies to Messenger and comments, in which hours, and consider an automatic assistant for the repeated questions during campaign days.

8. Policies and contact details are visible

Delivery, exchange and contact information should be easy to find. New customers from ads are more cautious than your existing followers.

9. You have a budget and a goal

Decide an amount you can afford to test for a couple of weeks and one goal (orders, messages or page follows). The ad spend is paid to Meta from your own ad account, and results are never guaranteed.

10. The ad account belongs to you

Keep the ad account, payment method and Page in your business’s name, and give any helper only the access they need.

If you want us to review your shop before you run ads, or to run the campaigns for you, send us your Facebook page. We will tell you honestly whether it is ready.
