Most Messenger messages to an online shop are the same ten questions; put the answers on the product page once, and your team stops repeating them. What is left can be handled by a person, or by an automatic assistant if the volume is high.
Step 1: list the questions you actually get
Scroll through a week of Messenger and comments. Write down every repeated question. You will usually find price, size, colour, availability, delivery charge, delivery time, payment method and exchange.
Step 2: answer each one on the product page
- Price: show it clearly, including any discount and what it applies to.
- Size and fit: a size guide and measurements for the product, not a generic chart.
- Colour: real-colour photos and a variation for each colour.
- Availability: stock shown per size and colour; sold-out options marked.
- Delivery: charges for Dhaka and outside Dhaka, and the expected time.
- Payment: Cash on Delivery, bKash or Nagad, whichever you support.
- Exchange and return: your rule, near the buy button.
Step 3: send customers to the exact page
Instead of “inbox for price”, put the product link in the Facebook post or reply. The customer lands on a page that already answers most questions, and can order without a conversation.
Step 4: let checkout collect the details
A checkout form collects name, phone, address and product options the same way every time, which removes the back-and-forth of getting order details in chat.
Step 5: add a short FAQ for the rest
A few questions common to your whole shop (delivery areas, working hours, how to track an order) can sit on one FAQ page that you link from replies.
Step 6: consider automation for what remains
If messages still pile up at night or during campaigns, an automatic assistant can answer the repeated ones from answers you approve and pass everything else to your team. It supports your staff rather than replacing them.
How to know it is working
Count the messages asking the same question before and after. If “size?” and “delivery?” questions fall, the page is doing its job. Keep improving the pages that still attract questions.
We build product pages and checkouts around exactly this idea. Send us your Facebook page and the questions you get most, and we will show how to answer them on the page.
